Position Currently Available: Bartender

Job Summary

We are a fast-paced food truck and bar located at OSG Paintball looking for quality humans to join our team. The Bunker primarily serves our paintball clients. Our service is centered around teamwork, quality product, and having fun while working hard. The work culture is friendly,

fun, and supportive. We provide a competitive wage with opportunities for growth for the right candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Arrives at work on time with a positive attitude.
  • Works well with a team and independently.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including opening procedures, side work, light dishes, balancing the cash drawer, and closing.
  • Attention to detail is a must as we pride ourselves on providing an excellent product to our customers.
  • Knowledge of local New England craft beer is a plus.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
  • Completes side work and cleaning tasks according to daily and weekly schedules.
  • We work in all weather, so the ability to dress accordingly and maintain a positive attitude is a must.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Must be 21+
  • Experience with Toast POS system is a bonus (we will train if you're unfamiliar)
  • Part-time weekends

Position Currently Available: REFEREE

Become one of the elite men and women in orange! Responsibilities include creating a positive, safe, and fun environment for our guests at the largest paintball field in New England. Referees organize and run games whether it be walk on or private parties. They will assist with handing out rental gear in the morning and cleaning gear and the facility at the end of the day. Training will be provided. $15-18 an hour. Monthly bonus structure based on company performance. Tips may be earned from running private games.

Requirements

  • 16+ years old
  • Comfortable speaking in front of and directing large groups of people
  • Reliable transportation
  • P/T weekends and some weekdays
  • References required

Position Currently Available: CHECK IN STAFF

Check in or “hut” staff to help with check in, pro shop, and food truck. Candidates will be checking players in and out and dealing with transactions from the paintball field and pro shop This will require checking in and checking out 300+ players at times. Experience with Shopify a plus but not required. Training will be provided. $15-18 an hour. Monthly bonus structure based on company performance.
